Volunteer to Help Senior Citizens
Here at Adopt a Mom and Pop Inc., we believe that it is incredibly rewarding to give back to a generation that needs assistance. That was the foundation of our entire business.
How you can help
Volunteering can be done in several ways. First and foremost, we need people to volunteer their free time. We use volunteers to engage with seniors through visits and phone calls that keep their minds active and ward off loneliness. Any time you can spare is a huge help to us. We strongly encourage retirees to get involved by volunteering. This is a great way to keep active.
We also accept monetary donations, which we will use to directly aid seniors in need through events we put on across the state. Whatever you can do, we will greatly appreciate it, as will our seniors!
AMAP is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization established to enhance the lives of senior citizens by establishing lasting relationships to prevent loneliness, and social isolation providing resources and engaging them in stimulating activities. All donations will be designated to the senior service programs as well as administration cost. Donors will receive a tax-deductible receipt.
